If You Like Them More Snug...
Step 1: Gently bend the temple arms inward so that they contour to the sides of your head for a tighter, secure fit.
Step 2: Lightly bend the temple tips downward, so they follow the curve of your ears and help hold your glasses in place.
If You Like Them Looser...
Step 1: Slowly bend the temple arms outward to relieve pressure on the sides of your head and create a more relaxed fit.
Step 2: Bend the temple tips upward so they flatten against your ears, making the fit more comfortable without feeling tight or digging in.
